Crosby Homes

Crosby, Minnesota, is a small city located in Crow Wing County along the northerly shore of Serpent Lake. It's known for its rich history and outdoor recreation opportunities. The city was originally established as a mining town and named after George H. Crosby, a businessman in the mining industry.

Crosby is surrounded by natural beauty, including Serpent Lake and the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area. There are unique teal-colored mine pit lakes, remnants of its mining history. This area mountain bike trails  are world class. If you are up for it you can “SHRED THE RED” (click here for video)  If you’re not into biking there are numerous events in Crosby through the seasons.

The city has a charming downtown with local shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Cuyuna Brewing Company and the Cuyuna Range Museum. Crosby is also known for its role in space exploration history, as the Portsmouth Mine Pit Lake was the launch site for Project Manhigh in 1957.
